S. A. for Western Electric Co. Inc. by The Hickok Electrical Instrument Co. It comes with a Daven type 4416 self bias Decade Resistor Unit complete with leads to supply a cathode bias for frame-grid tubes. This tube tester is in good condition inside and out, and comes with 2 manuals (Operating Instructions and Test Data) and 2 extra Supplementary Tube Test Data booklets. The cover insert(copy) shows a list of Western Electric tubes. The case is made of steel and weights 32 lbs. The unit has not been used lately and must be sold as-is.
