This was a US Army issued equipment from the early 1950 ear. It was used to measure insulation resistance, loop resistance, capacitances, and location of faults with many options. The test set comes with the original case / cover and looks in very good physical shape for something of this age. However, I have no knowledge of the test set and therefore it will be sold as is.
