I read that it was made in 1980. The unit has been tested with batteries and works really good. The picture is black & white and the screen size is 50mm. It comes in a black custom carrying cover. The top of the unit has the radio tuning dial and telescoping antenna. The back has selections for TV System (US, EUR,UK), External antenna input, Bright, Contrast, V-Hold and Adapter input (ac adapter not included). One side of the unit has selections Power (Charge, Off, On), Band (TV, FM AM), VHF (Low High) UHF, Volume and Ear input. The other side is for the 6 x AA batteries (not included) On the bottom is an adjustable stand. Do not hesitate to make an offer. I am usually very prompt to respond. The tv works. When testing the tv we were in a metal building and we were only able to tune in one local channel.
