The handle has tape on it.  The grill cloth has some soiling spots.  The serial number is 00130.  The speaker looks good with no paper damage and is marked Ampeg 5815026   137  446.  There were 3 extra tubes tacked in boxes on the inside.  I did not test them.  They included RCA 5AR4(sealed in bag), Tung Sol 6SL7 GT and Ampeg 6L6 GB.  The aluminum rod is on the bottom.  The dolly is included but it needs the main holding bolt replaced.  It was on another companys amp and the threads are buggered.  This unit is heavy.  I will ship by UPS or you can pick it up.       Enjoy!
