Unused 245 cu./ft. Eirich 316SS Sanitary Heavy Duty Paddle-Ribbon Dimple Jacketed Blender, Type PRB-180HD, Model U180/5846. Blender inside dimensions are 54" wide, 120" long, 74" deep. Blender is 1/4" THK. 316SS, NDE end plate is 1/4" THK. 316SS, DE end plate 3/8" THK. 316SS. Dimple jacket is 304SS, 14 gauge ( 0.0745" ) rated MAWP 125 PSI @ 350 F, MDMT -20 F @ 125 PSI. National Board No. 50. Shaft is 7" diameter, 316ss, Posts (8) 1" THK. 316SS, Inner ribbons are 5/8" x 3" 316SS, Paddles are 5/8" THK. 316SS, Cover is 10 gauge 316SS, All welds are continuous. All product contact surfaces are mill finish. Drawing available. 12"diameter Dezurik pneumatically operated knife gate with pneumatic cyclinder, solenoid, position switches and T316SS product contact surfaces. 50 HP. TEFC shaft mounted direct drive intergral gear motor, Drive assembly provides an agitator speed of approximately 12-14 RPM and is for operation on 460 volts, 160 HZ., 3 phase power.
