I can tell you that it picks up channels very well and is easy to use. As far as the condition, you can see for yourself, it is in excellent condition. These units used to sell for more than $300.00. This unit does not come with the digital card, but you can find them on ebay from time to time. Where I live the digital card would be useless anyway.It has 10 banks and 1000 channels you can program as well as a very user friendly wheel to aide in programming. It really speeds things up.Also included is the "EScanner" software disc to help you program it as well. The cord that it comes with is a 9 pin cord for plugging into a desk top computer. If you don't have a 9 pin port on your computer you can buy an adapter for it. This is a very good deal for this unit. Don't miss your opprotunity to own one of these.
