It has been serviced recently by a qualified technician.  I would rate it a 9.5 cosmetically and 10 for functionality.  The heads have low hours.  This is a plug and play unit, when you receive it it's ready to use out of the box.   It offers a number of features identified below.  This deck will be well packed, will not arrive DOA. You will not be disappointed with this deck, I'm a longtime audiophile and I have never come across an X-1000R as nice as this one.  Sold as-is, no refund, no return.  Buyer pays shipping and insurance.
