The bundle includes the MZ-M100 Mini-disc recorder, software and accessories. The accessories include the AC power adapter, remote control, earphones, stereo microphone, usb cable, Sony NH-14 rechargeable battery, dry battery case, carrying pouch and owners manual. The software includes Sony Sound Forge 8 ( OEM version ),  Sonic Stage 3.1and MD Simple Burner 2.0 ( both for Windows ) and  Hi-MD WAV Importer 1.0 ( for Mac OS X 10.2-10.4 ). Also included are twenty-one mini discs. Some of these discs have been used but I will erase and format them before shipping. I contacted Sony and asked them about the license transfer for Sound Forge and they said I need to contact them with the new owners name and contact info. after the sale for the transfer. I also asked about the Sound Forge OEM version. They said an OEM version means 'bundled products from different divisions of Sony'. Everything here is in mint condition ( except the wire on the adapter ) and has not been used that much. I have a cat that likes to chew on wires. He got to the adapter wire and put little teeth marks in it. None of the teeth marks go thru to the bare wire ( see photo ) and this does not affect the operation of the unit at all.
