I just spoke with Sirius Customer service regarding the remaining swaps. I had 1 (ONE) swap, BUT IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY on the new unit I had bought. The unit I had was defective. It did NOT count toward the 3 swaps available still. So to answer the question, there are still 3 (three) remaining swaps to be used.
