All boards and modules will carry a 7 day return policy for exchange or refund (if opened, a 25% restocking charge will apply). *Warranty: All lamps, boards, and modules will either carry a 90 day, 180 day, or 1 year warranty, which will be listed in each respective auction. The warranty will start on the day of purchase and all lamp warranties cover up to one replacement lamp during the warranty period specified in the auction. In order to process a warranty claim, either contact us by using the contact seller link above, by email, or by phone (866.400.0778) to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Once the item is received, we will replace all items found to be defective.
