You are bidding on 1 - Rare & Vintage Rodgers Organ model # RW4 Leslie Hammond Type Organ Speaker with Dual 12" Electro Voice SP12 Dual Cone Coax Drivers, a Jensen D-40 Horn Driver on an Electro Voice Horn Body, and an EV Tweeter T-35 or T-350. The smaller horn has the following numbers on the back of the magnet, 825, 2853 and 514. The woofer cones both have the number 74268. I'm not sure of the exact model of the woofers because there are no badges on the back of the magnets, so you'll have do some research yourself to be sure. I'm pretty sure they are the SP-12's though. There is a solid state amplifier # TA-50C and a Rodgers speaker crossover # W-4 with frequency attenuators mounted in the bottom. This was used in a North Carolina church recently until it was sold along with the organ, along with a Leslie 145 / 147 which I am also selling in another auction. There are no tears in the EV cones, and i hooked up each of the drivers to my carver 753X and Altec 353A amps for a test drive, and they are all working. There is only one of these Rodgers speakers being offered in this auction, there is not a pair. Cabinet is very nice, but does have some minor scuffs, scrapes and scratches, but would clean up nicely. There is a thin grille cloth over the woofers that have some tears, but can easily be replaced. The woofer cones do not have anty damage, just a minor crease in one of the whizzer cones (see photo). The red dolly shown in the photo is not included. This would be great for a guitar amp. There is no hook-up cord, just the attached A/C power cord shown. Sold untested and as found, no guarantees. This is the first time I've ever seen this model, unlike the more popular Leslie's. I will consider shipping just the guts, but there will be a reasonable fee of $40.00 to remove and pack them. The amp and drivers would still ship in 2 separate boxes. Cabinet measures approx. 31.25"W x 18.5"D x 31.5"H and weighs at least 200 pounds, so shipping would have to be by freight, and would be the sole responsobility of the buyer. I will consider driving it to the shipper of your choice up to 100 miles + or - (one way), for a $200.00 fee. This does not include any packing or crating.
