I did not have any tapes to test it with, but it powered up and started winding and appears to be in fine working condition. (Everything we sell is guaranteed of course) Visually the inside looks nice, and the outside has some wear and stains, as shown. A very heavy unit at about 50lbs. Appears to be a high quality Reel to Reel. "ROGER WATSON" is neatly shown on the recorder, as shown in photo 3 Closed up the unit is 20.5" high x 13 3/8" wide x 10 1/4" deep.
