Description For sale a Neve 66 Analog Console 48 Channels in pristine condition.   This is a Neve console that was designed mainly for broadcast purposes but this particular unit was put together for a Recording Studio.   There were only 67 of these consoles made and were very expensive at the time due to the small production.   This desk is fitted with   24 Mono Channels   12 Stereo Channels 8 group with 4 stereo outputs   4 band EQ   Hi / Low Pass Filters   direct outs pre or post EQ with dedicated volume control 24 Plasma Meters with VU and PPM (Rare feature on Neve 66 Series)   16 Group Meters   Talkback Mic   It has the ability to recall switch selections, routing and input gain levels.   It uses transformers on the inputs and outputs and has a great sounding and musical EQ.Size is 87" X 45" X 44" and it's a great size for private / smaller studios considering it has 48 channels.   Console comes with all Power Supply Units, cables and original books with schematics and some spare parts. I also think that there's a spare channel strip but can't confirm yet.   All channel strips have been removed but can be easily installed as they have connectors as opposed to ribbon cables.   The top section of the frame is presently detached from the bottom for easy transportation.   The console was bought a few years ago from the original owner and I was told that he had an in house tech that took care of all his gear.   This board was taken out of service in January and was fully working with the exception of a couple of modules that needed some attention.   I am willing to sell the console cheap but you must deal with any service required to put the console back into proper condition.I will entertain reasonable offers from serious buyers, including partial trades with "Vintage Gear"   Desk is currently stored in NJ and can be viewed by potential buyers.My initial bid price is the least that would sell the console for, therefore any insulting offers will be ignored.
