All returns must be shipped prepaid. For products that are out of warranty, please call us for details. Returns & Refunds : We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase but we understand that nothing is created perfect. If your item is manufacturer defected, You may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund (Shipping cost is non-refundable). After 14 days, the manufacturer warranty will apply. For Non-defective returns, You may return your non-defective items within 7 days of purchase for a refund (Shipping cost is non-refundable). Non-defective items returned after 7 days is subjected to an 25% restocking fee. Non-defective returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
