They have excellent sound and bell tone clarity. All 14 tubes are hand selected and perfectly matched, within less than 1.5% of one another, for both plate current draw and transconductance, at actual operating voltages. In other words, you could use any combination of tubes with one another. This is the last and the best matched of all set of 14 EL34 I have in my private collection.  Most of them sold to Japan.
